Craw Stonereap, Zarnas Stonewrath & Merril Stoneweaver Me/Mo Solo Build
I put this build together after testing one I saw posted a few months ago. Not sure if something similar already exists in Mesmer thread or not, but here is what I use. The run takes place in the explorable area of Arborstone, leaving from Altrumm Ruins.
Build;
Fast Casting 9
Domination 16
Inspiration 9
Healing Prayers 7
Wastrels Worry
Diversion
Backfire
Shatter Enchantment
Healing Breeze
Power Drain {e}
Drain Enchantment
Empathy
You exit from Altrumm and stick to the left side. You must have a look at the warden spawn in the hallway that you pass through. If there is more than one spirit warden, you pretty much should rezone and get a nicer spawn, as I cant seem to take out a group with any more that one spirit warden in it.
If there is a spirit warden in your spawn, he is your first target. Make sure that the first agro the group takes is from you casting backfire on the spirit warden (he will cast splinter weapon, taking backfire damage) and follow up immediately with diversion to shutdown his healing spell spirit light.
By this stage the wardens of trunk and branch should be starting to breath down your neck. If you have diverted the spirit wardens healing, the following is pretty straight forward. Retreat, using wastrels worry on the chasing wardens of trunk repeatedly. Generally, they should chase you down to near where the kurzick priest is by the res shrine then pull back themselves.
Rinse and repeat this process of retreat and approach until all wardens of trunk are gone. If need be, backfire and divert the spirit warden if he starts healing again. Once all wardens of trunk are down, take the warden of spirit if there is one (empathy and wastrels do the trick). There is an outcrop to the right of the up-ramp towards the hallway that you can use as cover from arrows, then use the empathy/wastrels combo to kill the wardens of branch. Dont forget to use healing breeze to keep you going through this process. This makes your path clear to the 3 bosses.
Craw Stonereap; nice and easy, throw backfire/empathy/wastrels until he drops, avoiding his "wand" attacks from behind a wall. Drops Stonereaper curses staff (has dropped a lot in price, but still a nice weapon)
Zarnas Stonewrath; also fairly easy. The main point to remember is to stay behind a wall as his stone daggers will kill you in a few seconds flat otherwise. Backfire and Shatter Enchantment do the trick here. He drops Zarnas Wrath, an earth wand that has the same stats as endgame wayward earth wand.
Merril Stoneweaver; Diversion ftw here. The main spell/skill you need to divert is smite hex, follwed by others (reversal of fortune, mark of protection, signet of rage). Shatter or drain enchantment depending on if you need energy or wish to inflict damage. Then it is the same warden-killing combo of empathy and wastrels to finish the job. Also stay behind a wall for cover, as his wand attacks dont tickle. The green is the Stoneweaver, a prot staff. Nothing flash, but still a nice item all the same.
Well thats the run. I thought I would post this as some guild mates have been using touch rangers to kill Craw, and I have noticed warrior builds in these forums to do the same, yet I have not noticed a solo build that takes all 3 bosses in the single run, although I could be wrong about this. Chances are there are far more experienced mesmers that could develop more effective builds for this task, but it works a treat for me, and its nice to think the humble mesmer can apprently do what the toucher and warrior cannot, that is to take all 3 of them down. If you like it give it a run, and above all, enjoy
